The Foie Trail

To my surprise, one of my favorite things in the world (besides Linda) is here in abundance.  Foie Gras.  I didn't really know it was part of their tradition. Maybe it's because of the Basque connection with France but almost every Pinxtos bar her has it on the menu.  Foie a la palancha.  It's amazing.  I think I've had it 6 or 8 times by our 3rd day.  However I think I've found the best ever.  My 2 favorite taste treats in one.  No it's not chocolate and peanut butter.  It's Foie and corn.  amazing!  Fat and the thing that makes fat, corn!  What a great idea.  We had it at this bar called Atari.  A revelation we had to order an encore.
