Cooking class in San Sebastian

On Thursday May 3rd I took a pinxtos class at San Sebastians Foods.  I've taken lots of cooking classes all over Europe. This was by far, one of the best. Excellent instructors, excellent facility. A pleasant welcoming coffee or beverage before the beginning of class. Mise en place was expertly prepared and ready before class began. Augusto, Patricio, and Mateous were passionate and patient about explaining everything and demonstrating techniques. They gave individual attention to each student regardless of their skill level. Their English skills were perfect. I especially enjoyed the communal dinning table provided, which gave us all a chance to enjoy the fruits of our labors, but most importantly to socialize with the other students. A very eclectic group. I'd highly recommend any class, especially the cooking classes at San Sebastian Foods
