Spaghetti alla Bottarga

At the Trattoria Granduca.  We had a fantastic lunch in Taormina with Tommaso Pante our guide for the afternoon.  An incredible table overlooking the sea.  Great restaurant.  The Spaghetti alla Bottarga was fantastic.  The bottarga is shaved Tuna roe, the spagetti, perfectly cooked tasted like it was tossed with lemon and olive oil.   The bottarga gave the dish a subtle, not overpowering seafood flavor.  Squzitissimo!
