Gnocci with sea urchin and pistaccio’s

Lunch at “Tavola in Sicily” a great little spot on one of the back streets in Siracuse, founded by the Greeks and the home of Archimedes.  The best sea urchin (ricci) dish ever.  Dinner guests beware.  Great bottle of Planeta Alastro, which featured an ancient grape varity, Grecanico.  very good
