Antipasti in Ragusa Ibla

Fantastic antipasti,  all from Sicily.  Cullotella, salami, speck, pork in a spicy aspic, sundried tomatoes, caponata, three different sicilian cheese, and a glass of Cererosuolo.  Followed by insalta Caprese, and more Cereosuolo.  I am very lucky.  Life is good!
